If you haven't, which areas are letting you down? Do you have issues in just one or two areas or are there issues across the board?

 

What needs to be done to improve things in your practice? And do you have the knowledge, experience and time to make those changes?

 

Completing this questionnaire might seem like a simple exercise but it starts to bring concerns and ideas into your awareness. Sometimes weeks and months can go by in a blur of busy days at the coalface and finding the time to reflect and take the pulse of your practice can seem like a low priority. But just as patients are advised to attend a check-up every six months, so a practice should receive regular ‘check-ups’ too. It’s a great way to catch problems early and to keep the overall health of your practice front of mind.
